Privacy Notice

This notice explains how we process personal data when you visit kitap.zenquox.com and book.zenquox.com or use the forms on these sites. It is provided under Article 10 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
1. Data controller

Visit statistics are kept on our own server without cookies; IP addresses are not stored and visitors are not identified. If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, no statistics are collected at all.
3. Transfers
- Form messages and newsletter emails are delivered through our email provider Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.). As its servers may be located abroad, this transfer takes place under Article 9 of KVKK.
- The sites use Cloudflare, Inc. for content delivery and security; connection data may be processed for that purpose.
- Data may be shared with competent public authorities where the law requires it.
We do not otherwise share or sell your data.
4. Retention
- Contact and submission correspondence: up to 2 years after the last message.
- Newsletter: for as long as you are subscribed; your address is removed when you unsubscribe.
- Server logs: up to 6 months, subject to obligations under Law No. 5651.
5. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and the parties it is transferred to, ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected, ask for deletion or destruction, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for any damage.
You can withdraw your consent at any time; the “unsubscribe” link in every newsletter email is enough.
